Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.
  • Qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings.
  • Assess buyers’ financial standings and recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Manage the conveyancing process, initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
  • Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
